I’m sure by  now you have noticed that I definitely re-wear all the items in my closet. This is particularly noticeable if you follow me on Instagram (@pearlsandpearsblog).  I don’t have an extensive wardrobe and by blogger standards its insanely small! I wanted to show you that you don’t have to own an entire department store to have amazing style. A few key pieces re-worked can create so many different looks based on your mood. These are a few of my closet go to items.

Three totally different looks, one pair of faux leather leggings.  I honestly can’t say enough good things about these bad boys. They are incredibly comfortable, so easy to dress up or down and practically go with anything. These were a bit expensive, but totally worth the price. The quality is excellent and they have the “suck it all in” power Spanx is so well known for. I highly recommend adding these to your wardrobe.

The Steve Madden Edit Bootie is my go to shoe. I literally have to remind myself that I wear it all the time and perhaps I should pick something different. I contemplate this for about 30 seconds and then grab the shoe. It fits so well on my leg (and I have the definition of chicken legs). This is the only shoe that actually hugs my lower legs and elongates my whole body. I highly recommend for everyone. Buy it in black and then any other color you can find. This shoe is perfection.

I honestly never thought a mustard yellow hand bag would be my go to, but it is. 🙂 The color and the removable strap made me click the purchase button for this beauty. Thinking I would only wear this with certain outfits, I soon found myself reaching for it all the time. This only proves that it doesn’t have to be a basic color to become a staple. It could be something that you purchased on sheer whim that soon finds itself front and center with every outfit. You never know and you should always allow yourself to be open to options.

If you want to see my staples in my closet just let me know. Till then, have a great week!
